Chia seeds
I am trying new recipes with chia seeds. Do you think leaving 1 tbsp of chia seed with 1/2 c greek yogurt overnight then in the morning top it off with granola and fruit will turn out good? What are some of your favorite recipes?

Will progress stop?
To get my daily hour of cardio I run on an elliptical, due to a hip injury. My elliptical is broken so I was wondering if not using it for three days, while it is being fixed, will hurt my progress.

Smoothie add ins
I love my smoothies on the thicker side and recently began adding oats into my breakfast smoothies. I was wondering if anyone has tried adding in a raw grain flour like buckwheat or quinoa. Does anyone know if buckwheat or quinoa flour can be used raw in smoothies? What do you like in your smoothies?

Bobs red mill organic creamy buckwheat
I buy Bob's Red Mill organic creamy buckwheat as a replacement for morning oatmeal when I am bored of oats. It is basically buckwheat groats that have been milled into flakes. I was wondering if anyone has ever added it raw into smoothies like you would with oats. I've only ever cooked it and am not sure if it would work…

Quinoa flour in morning oatmeal
I was wondering if anyone has tried adding quinoa flour to their morning oatmeal. My breakfast every morning is always 65g of oats with two egg whites. I just bought some quinoa flour and was thinking about adding it in with the oats. Has anyone tried it before?
