Meal Prep
I usually meal prep at the beginning of each week to help me stay on track. Chicken and veggies is my go to and I know that is healthy good meal choice. I just want to which it up a bit any suggestions? What is your favorite meal to prep? Feel free to add me :smile:

What motivates you?
I have been over weight my whole life. My family is not healthy at all when it comes to eating heathly. So I am constantly around junk food and unhealthy food.
