How many grams of carbs, protein and fat a day?
Hey everyone! I just decided to start on my weight loss journey and I'm a little lost on how many grams of carbs, protein and fat to have a day or per meal to lose weight.. I know that everyone's body is different but can you give me a rough estimate? And I'm 5'7" and currently weigh 190 lbs. Thank you very much! :D
