Hey everyone! I just decided to start on my weight loss journey and I'm a little lost on how many grams of carbs, protein and fat to have a day or per meal to lose weight.. I know that everyone's body is different but can you give me a rough estimate?
And I'm 5'7" and currently weigh 190 lbs.
Thank you very much!

.8-1 g/lb of protein, .4-.5 g/lb of fat, split remaining calories among the 3 macronutrient categories according to your preference, can be a mix of carbs/fats/proteins. The only required macronutrients are proteins and fats.0

Doesn't really matter, it's just personal preference.0

Depends on your goals, but in general, for health you want to consume a minimum of 0.4g of fat per lb of body weight. Dietary fat is very important for many functions in your body. As far as protein intake if you want to get the maximum amount of muscle synthesis potential for your body based on protein intake then you want a minimum of 0.82g of protein per lb of body weight. I recommend using the rest of your calories on carbohydrates, but if you prefer higher fat or protein intake that is fine as well.0
