my dad is helping me get into shape!
my dad has been into fitness alot these years, im so proud of him. hes been eating healthy too. he has lost a LOT of weight these past years.. im enjoying making these wonderful memories with him. :) random post. <33 sorry for my horrible grammar and punctuation lol
