Mini success - only 34lbs
I thought I'd be one of those who waited until 100lb or something dramatic to post, but then I surprised myself with an old photo and thought, what the hell - let me show off what just 34lb looks like :-) First one is over 300lbs, second is somewhere around 270 :-)

Downside to drinking a lot more water....
