30 day shred: how long until you could do Level 2?
Hi all. I'm starting Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred today and I am definitely a beginner... I prefer doing Zumba or any dance-based aerobics workout. 20 minutes a day is the maximum I can stand for this kind of stuff, with my short attention span.
