Hi all just need some help here....I am working out about an hour a day and just got a heart rate monitor yesterday....would have been key to my success months ago, but I digress. pms cravings and blowing it today
UGH!!! PMS and the red tide and I caved and got so hungry and ate a few scoops of raw cookie dough and guess what I don't feel guilty....I don't even care....don't BOO me!!! I work really really hard and sometimes twice a day and if I blow it from time to time during that time of the month....so be it.

heartrate monitors and wearing them all day
can you wear you polar heart rate monitor all day to get an accurate reading of how many calories you burn in a day doing exercise as well as stuff around the house....yard work, mowing, vaccuuming etc? any one do that and get a nice result
