Go Sober October (UK)
Having recently lost a family member to Cancer, this programme has been set up by MacMillan Cancer Support. I heard about it this morning and got registered today. I have decided to Get Started on this right away with no alcohol from Saturday 13th through to end of October. Anyone else doing this?
