UK too (Livingston, Scotland). Struggling to get back at this properly due to some family issues but friends so supportive. Doing Dryathlon for Cancer Research UK through January and going to use as a motivational factor. Anyone can feel free to add to help kick me back to normal....

LOL - Bacardio!!! I am also a golfer so feel free to add as a friend.

...and a Merry Christmas to you. We have a way to go yet before our Xmas Day. I am in a completely different time zone but happy to support etc if you want.

I am already convinced it will happen and will get back to normal after.

I have a deskjob as well and find water a good way to stave of any feelings to nibble or even eat loads more than my plan.

Thanks for the request and duly accepted. Now lets get loads of friends on here as it does help as well as having some fun along the way.

Here daily, from UK and anyone can add if they like.

I did something very similar a few months back as well. Good luck with your new profile. Add me if you like....

Another Scottish person here. I am in Livingston and more than happy to have some new friends on list. Anyone can add....

I already live in "gods country" and not thinking of ever leaving. Travel to California (San Francisco) on business every now and again and wouldn't like to live in Silicon Valley that is for sure!!!

Been here a while but this a new profile. Moving office this week so not been as supportive as should be but from next week normal service will be resumed. Happy to help, support and have a laugh with new friends.

Also in the UK. Livingston, Scotland to be precise......

Welcome to MFP and good luck. I am in a different time-zone which may not suite as a friend but if you think otherwise, happy to have new friends.

Another Scot here..........on here daily and anyone can add if they want....

Having a good number of supportive friends is very important to stay on track. I can vouch for @leenda62. She is on my friend list and if you are looking for an active, supportive friend, pretty sure she would accept a FR

OK, will give it a try.....

I fart in your general direction, you pile of wombat's doos.....(lol)

Scotland - God's country...(lol)

I am IN - it is Fu** it Friday after all.....

Consider it a change in lifestyle as opposed to a diet. Use MFP to plan food n drink and exercise options and then just get going. Get a ****load of friends with whom you can relate and will keep you accountable. After a short period of time it will become second nature and have some fun too.......

Fellow Scottish person here which anyone can consider adding. Been here a while (2nd profile) and like to have some fun while continuing this process.
