New to MFP

I am new here, but definitely not new to weight-loss. I always think I can do this without tracking, but it doesn't seem to work. I cannot go on another "diet", but I plan to use this as a tool to help me eat healthier. I need to ensure I am getting a balanced diet so I will FEEL better. Any time I have been on a diet site (calorie count, weight watchers, etc) I always avoid the other people. I don't use the huge support system provided by these websites. I am going to try to do something different this time.
