Anyone had decent results with Gillian Michaels
Has anyone found good results with any of the jillian michaels dvds? I did the 30 day shred, now doing ripped in 30 in combination with elliptical bike. I do 5 mins of warm up, 20 mins on bike( with sprints) then do 30 mins of ripped in 30. I use 1 kg dumbbells( not a lot, but yeah...) Do u think its a good workout? I am a…
