Anyone had decent results with Gillian Michaels

Has anyone found good results with any of the jillian michaels dvds? I did the 30 day shred, now doing ripped in 30 in combination with elliptical bike. I do 5 mins of warm up, 20 mins on bike( with sprints) then do 30 mins of ripped in 30. I use 1 kg dumbbells( not a lot, but yeah...) Do u think its a good workout? I am a 5'4'', 26 yr old woman, n i stay at home with my 11 month old baby, so dvds suit me. I weigh 70 kgs and am looking to lose 12 kgs. Though i am eating healthy n watching my calorie intake, i am losing 1 kg a month, i want to lost at least 2 kg a month. Is it too much to ask for? How can i change my routine to get better results? Pls advice.
