I love MFP. My doc introduced this to me a week and go an told me to try it. So 3 days ago I got on here and registered and logged in and I have lost 3 lbs in 3 days....OVERWHELMED with excitement. Gonna love this journey I do believe. I can do this !!!! I have a lot to lose, like 100+ lbs, but not gonna focus on that…
