Anyone else lose 2 pounds, gain a pound? Lose 1 pound, gain 1.5 pounds? Lose 2.4 pounds, maintain. Gain 1 pound? I'm not depressed over this! I just keep on keeping on but this merry go round ride is driving me slightly insane!!!!!!

Losing weight is frustrating!!! :D Hubby & I quit smoking in June 2015. YEAH US! Before we quit I wanted to lose 15 pounds. That never happened due to the quit date was moved up by 4 months. Confusion on daily food journal/exercise
Hello! My question is: Why does my daily calorie number change after I add my exercise for the day? I never consume more than my daily calorie count. Why does this number change when you add your exercise for the day? I want to stick to my daily number, right??? This just confuses me!!!

Exercise/food allowance question
Hello all! I have what is probably a DUH question but since I'm confused here goes! After I log my food for the day and then log my exercise, the exercise allows for more calories. Why is this? I'm sticking to 1200 calories per day. Why add more calories after considering the exercise? Why not just go with 1200 calories…
