Love love love Healthy Choice 80 calorie fudge bars. The only problem is I have a hard time only having 2! They are yummy, low cal and low sugar. Big box at Sams Club!

I think anyone past 45-50 looks way older when they lose a significant amount of weight. They look gaunt and sometime haunting. Now, this is not everyone but anyone I know, it's what has happened.

I had a FitBit Flex and hated it. Tapping it all the time to see where I'm at during the day drove me nuts. I need a tracker that has info on the screen. I bought a cheapo tracker from Walgreens and love it!!!

I love your photo!!! :) That's the look I give the scale! The part that drives me crazy is I'm always right around my designated calorie allotment for the day. Exercise. Yet the scale goes up, the scale goes down! But I'm stubborn as hell and will never give up! Never!!!!!! >:)

BEST protein bars are Supreme Protein bars. Caramel nut chocolate. 200 calories, 15g protein, 4g sugar. Better than a damn candy bar and I'm not kidding. Thanks everyone... I will bump up the daily calorie intake to 1200 and put my exercise in MFP and eat back 1/2 of the exercise calories and see what happens. I'm 55 5'2" 148 (would like to get down to 125/lose 23 pounds) I am as active as I can be with having MS. Thanks ya' all!

900 seems ridiculous to me but I was going off of the calculation website. Not tracking my exercise in MFP so I wouldn't eat back calories from exercise. MFP will definitely track 900 calories. MFP keeps telling me you are not eating enough. I will start adding in my exercise and eating 1/2 of those calories and see what…

Can you please tell me what TDEE is?!! Very new to this and acronyms toss me off! And yes, I do weigh, measure, and go by servings when necessary. Forgot to mention... I drink tons of water every day, no juice and very little milk (skim). Thank you!!!

I only drink skim milk and not very often due to the sugar content. I can't taste the difference between skim or 1% but hubby will argue there's a huge difference. I'm just happy I don't notice it!

George Foreman grill with seasoning. I use Natures Seasoning and love that stuff! I grill and either have a vege or yogurt with the chicken. Or, cut it up and have it on a salad. My daily goal is 1200 and I find it hard to get that many calories in daily! And I am not starving and I feel like I'm eating all the time. I don't eat back calories from walking 5 miles a day and/or the days I work out (3-4 times a week).

Thank you guys very much! I'm going to run with what the one person said.... if I've worked my hiney off, I will eat back calories. If I've had more of a putzy day, I won't. That should keep it simple enough for me! Have a fabulous day!!!
