Exercise DVDs for Wintertime
Hey everyone :) I was wondering if you all had suggestions for good workout DVDs I can use in the winter - sometimes it's just too far to get to the gym and it gets pretty cold where I live so running outside isn't always an option. So my gym has a studio cycle (spinning) class and I've been told by many friends that it's a great workout and really fun, but I'm kind of apprehensive about going in by myself my first time. Any tips or suggestions would be really welcome :)
