Happy Easter
Happy Easter! I am hoping that the Easter Bunny brings me a good weigh-in egg! On the less shallow side - for those who celebrate today as ressurection Sunday, rejoice the Lord has risen, He is risen indeed. If you are a Christian celebrating this today, friend me and let's encourage each other!

Okay time to just be real. I have not exercised in probably 5 years. The last time I really did anything was training for a number of century rides I did in 2006.
