Can anyone suggest any other DVDs that I could do at home, round about the same length. I would like something similar and not apposed to buying more weights or kettlebells.

When to log workout kcals
Hello guys, quick question. When do you log your exercise, before or after you do it? Reason I ask is because I always exercise about 90% of the time after 6pm which then gets me home and I have my dinner about 8ish. Doesn't give me alot of time to eat those workout kcals. Hello, ok so I love animals and was just wondering what pets you guys have got? I have a cat her name is Fabi and I have a rainbow goldfish and his name is Clichy.
