Runners: Maybe hip butt pain after a run
Hey there runners...Got a quick question. After a couple of runs, I've experienced some soreness in the (maybe) hip upper glute/butt area, not on the side but in the upper butt part. Not sure where this is coming from. No pain or soreness during the run. Any ideas? Got great shoes...normal mileage, etc. Thanks ~Dawn

Desperately seeking Shin Splint Help!!
