So sore after squats.
Hi, I have been working out for quite a while but no matter what when I do squats, I am hurting so bad for a couple days after. I do them with weights. Am I doing something wrong or is this normal? I try to add them into my workouts 2 or 3 days a week. I need advice.

6 days a week in gym with foot injury.
Hi. I go to the gym 6 days a week and have acquired Plantar Fasciitis in one foot. I have done everything to try to help it. Ice, Arch supports, stretching constantly. It is not affecting my motivation to go to the gym, but it hurts so bad when Im done. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You. :)

My Caloric intake is wrong...
This site has me eating less calories then I should be. I am trying to manually change my calories from what MFP has it set at. Can I do that and if so how?? Please HELP !!

BMR
Im a little confused about this number.. The BMR calculator says my BMR is 1527. Should I be eating this many calories? I dont want to maintain, I want to lose. Someone please help. I have been on here for 8 days and have lost 3 pounds. Feel fine but worried Im doing something wrong. HELP !!!

Having a hard time eating all calories !
Anyone else having this problem ? Im finding that at the end of the day, my caloric intake is always less then what it should be. I am eating plenty and dont feel hungry. No way I can eat my exercise calories. Any advice is appreciated. :wink:

Scale is driving me nuts...
Hi. I have been on here for a week and have lost 3 lbs. I have been logging everything I do and eat. I am loving it so far. Inches are dropping but the scale is stuck at 3 lbs. I am new to my fitness pal and so far I am totally loving it. It is so easy and i love that I can read the message boards and get lots of tips. I started counting my calories on Tuesday and as of today I have already lost 3 pounds. Does anyone know how long it will take me to lose 30-40 pounds eating 1200 calories a day…
