i'm down to 164lbs from 182 in January which i'm pretty happy with, but since around April/May I've lost very little (1-2lbs up and down). How much do you aim to lose a week?
I was thinking to try and lose 2 lbs per week, I am around 170 at the moment, 5'6" and I want to get down to 120 - 130. Apparently I can get down to that by December if I keep the calories quite low. Is that too fast to try and lose weight? :s
