I didn't even think of that! *facepalm* I want to get down to around 140lbs. I've been getting a bit demotivated because the weeks I lose it is usually only around 1lb or less, is this Okay for having another 20-25 lbs to lose?

I pretty much starved myself down to my lowest weight, as soon as I started eating normally I had an endless appetite and gained 40-50lbs. Suffering from anxiety and depression also took away pretty much any motivation to lose it/get healthier.. but now I have sorted out those problems, I'm focusing more on caring about…

Okay great! I've had a few people telling me that its better to lose up to 1lb per week but I then it would take me so so long to lose the weight lol

As long as it keeps you motivated I don't see what's wrong with it.. as long as a part of you wants it for yourself, so once you've lost it and they stop nagging you you won't gain it back :)

Chocolate, no matter how large the bar/bag is, once I taste it I'm like a shark I eat the entire lot
