Water retention calves
My calves feel bigger and it feels like I gained in my calves but measurements are same and haven't gained any weight? Could it just water retention in my calves? I was standing all day and playing tennis yesterday? But my calves look more defined they are more wobbly though. My diet is high carb, sodium is average

Does water retention feel like fat? The last few days were high carb so. I didn't eat over my calories. But my abdomen seems softer?

5'11 150. For the past several days I have eaten 400 carbs of oatmeal and fruit, but kept protein high. I have noticed it feels like I have gained weight in lower abdomen and it's really soft. Is it water retention from carbs? I have stayed in my calories. I'm confused it feels like I gained fat in my abdomen
