Reaching my weight goal soon.... I feel ready to do some lifting but not sure when or where.... obviously I will have to sign up for a membership with a Gym. Not feeling confident yet. CALORIES COUNT VS VACATION -HARD TO KEEP UP
It was very difficult to keep up with my food intake and exercise routine during my 7 days vacations , I tried :sad: but tomorrow back to the states and back to my healthy life .... I only gained three pounds, but I will loose them again and continue to my goal .... 10 more pounds to go!!!!

Why Protein
Sorry***Whey Protein I have been using finess pal for 4 months now and I have lost 36.8lbs!!! of course the credit is not all for the app it help me a lot in conjunction with my routine cardio and strenght excercises. I have another 10 pounds to go. Now, am thinking to add whey protein to my healthy lifestyle but am afraid…
