General Weight Lifting
I just had a question for someone with a little bit of weight lifting knowledge! Which is better? Lifting less times more weight, or more weight less times? Ex: Is it better to lift 50 lbs for 3 reps of 10 or 30 lbs for 3 reps of 30? To be more specific, I am doing tricep and bicep curls. Any info would be helpful! Thanks!
