How to cut salt?
How does everyone cut out salt in their diet? I guess I am one of those people who don't eat salt at all, but still seem to have alot and retain water. What is a good amount of salt/ sodium for each day?

Do I really have to eat ALL my calories??
My suggested calorie intake from my nutritionist is 1800 daily, but since I've started MFP, I've only really eat about 1500-1700 calories a day because I'm not hungry. For weight loss, do I really have to eat them all, or eating less a good thing? Any insights?

Getting rid of "water weight"
How did everyone get rid of water weight. I know cut out ALOT of sodium, which I do. I don't even touch half of the sodium it says I should on here. And I drink about 12-16 cups of water a day, sometimes more when I really have a good workout. What are your suggestions?
