Please explain to me why I can workout 1-2 hours/day (running 4-6 miles 3 X/week,) eating within the 1200-1400 calorie range, upping carbs on heavy workout days, fiber around 25-30g/day and not lose. WOOT!!! Down another pound and a half!!!
Been 196.5 for so long thought I was going to be there FOREVER but dropped a pound and a half this morning!!!!! Unfortunately I am attending a five course wine tasting dinner tonight so I probably won't see 195 again for awhile but YEAH! It's there NOW!!!!

For once, my Monday weight is the same as Friday!!!!
I don't know about everybody else but I usually weigh more Monday morning than I did the Friday before. The weekends are just diet killers for me. Hey- Just a note of thanks for the help with the food diaries, etc. I have found it helps me to plan out today what I am going to eat tomorrow- kind of cuts out that impulsive snacking thing.
