Hey- Just a note of thanks for the help with the food diaries, etc. I have found it helps me to plan out today what I am going to eat tomorrow- kind of cuts out that impulsive snacking thing. I know right now that I am going out with girlfriends tomorrow night for a couple of drinks and I had no idea that a gin and tonic had so many calories! So now, I can adjust what I eat and how much I exercise tomorrow so I can save the calories for a couple of drinks and not dread the scale Thursday. Or worse- have no idea why I gained. Now I feel more in control!

    You're welcome! Yes, I was also disappointed to see how many calories are in alcohol. Guess that's where beer bellies come from :)
