Need advice on a substitute exercise / equipment issue
I workout at home and don't have a pullup bar or a bar on which to do inverted rows. Any ideas for substitutions? I don't really have the money to invest in any more equipment (and I realize that a pullup bar is not a huge expense, but I am pretty broke at the moment).

Anyone else here who celebrates Passover? Although it is one of my favorite holidays of the year, I am sort of dreading it this year.
