So, I am new to the FitBit world. It's actually my first day using it. I am a bit confused.. .as of right now I have walked 4,238 steps and according to the FitBit it says I have burned 1,556 calories. That can't be right! Weekly Weight Loss
What is the average weight you lose a week? I feel like I am only losing 0.5 - 1lbs a week. Is that normal? I should be happy that I am even losing something, but I think I want to see more! What kind of Pedometer do you use?
I am having the hardest time looking for an accurate pedometer. I want to track my steps a day but the pedometers I've used all are inaccurate. I hate how I bump into something it counts as a step or lean over to pick up my nie Anyone have any suggestions on what kind I should use?
