How do I get nutrition info on a recipe?
Is there a website that I can use to put the ingredients of a recipe in and get the nutritional value? Many of the recipes that have been given to me do not contain this info and it makes it difficult to record then accurately in my food diary. I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Am I suppose to eat the exercise calories?
I just started logging my food diary a few days ago and noticed that I get 1360 calories w/o exercise but when I exercise it increases about 400 calories. Do I need to keep it at 1360 to lose the weight?

Question about home made snack mix
I have been making a grab and go snack mix but not sure how healthy it is or how many calories I am consuming. I put in a few almonds, cashew and dark chocolate M&M's along with bunches of cheerios, raisins and dried cranberries. I also added some chocolate Cheerios last time.
