Hi, I'm just wanted to know if there is anything major I'm missing. I've been doing reading and have upped my calories based on my TDEE. I was previously restricting myself to 1200 calories a day but I want to do this the right way. Based on the calculators my BMR is 1637, my TDEE is 1964 and am shooting for 1500. Is this…
