My weight has been trending down. I get within a pound or two of goal range and bam! Weight goes back up. Yes, I have dietary set backs . I need ideas hoe to get over the hump!
I made it to goal! I have not maintained goal wt. I go up 3-4 lb and back down near goal. So I realize if my goal wt is set at 130lb my range is 129lb-131lb realistically. Last 2 weekends wt has bounced from 132-135lb an alarm is going off. Support Please ! What has worked for you???
