I had a similar scenario. Went without wine for 6 weeks! (dietitian made me) I have gotten 10lb off and added 1-2 glasses on the weekend. (3-4 oz glasses). See if your library has any exercise videos to check out! Garage sales and goodwill stores often have them for a couple of bucks. The videos may be outdated as far as music but the exercises aren't.

Slk_5555 is on track! Switch up your exercise, stair master or switch videos. Also try two-a-day workouts. Try a brisk walk before work, or youtube 15min quick workout, hand weights. The second work out can be quick and brisk. You can do it!
