Imagine a operation to make you not store fat.
I was randomly thinking earlier, wouldn't it be cool if you could eat anything you wanted without it being stored as fat, it just comes back out? Although I know this is probably impossible! My perfect world right there.

I'm defo not active now but have bought a bike and will be getting out more. What does my activity level seem like to you? Riding a bike for 30 mins Walking 2-3mph for 20 mins Which one? Still sedentary,Lightly or moderatly? Thanks in advanced.
