I'm interested in this, as these posts are always fun, and I'm wondering what size I'll be at certain weights. Currently, I am 145 pounds and wear a size 6 or 4, and am about 5'6.
So if you accidentally eat too many calories at around breakfast, or early in the day, should you still try to stick with your calorie limit of the day, or just eat regularly, and go higher than your limit? I'm wondering, because every so often I find myself like this, and I havent found an answer yet.
I have been eating generally really healthy, and drinking more water. I only started about a week ago though, but I feel like I feel better.
