Am I going crazy?

I have been eating generally really healthy, and drinking more water. I only started about a week ago though, but I feel like I feel better. I'm not sure, and I might be going crazy, but it seems like my skin is clearing up and my body is already used to these healthy foods. The other day I decided to treat myself to a cup of homemade fried potatoes, and a few minutes after finishing them, I felt sick. Normally I could eat at least 5 cups without feeling sick. So my question is is it possible for the body to change this drastically in a week? Or am I just seeing things I want to see?

Why don't you go back to eating healthy for a week or two, then try the fried potatoes again? If you get sick again, you might be on to something, at least as far as that food goes.
