Hi Friends! I am going to be doing my first 5k on the 14th. I've been doing the couch to 5k program for 2 weeks, so I'll be somewhere around week 5 by the time of the race, and expect to be doing a walk/jog combo. I have heard it is a very hilly course. I've never done a race before, any advice?
I need some advise. I have to stay off my right ankle for a few days. What kind of cardio exercises can I do from home that won't put any pressure on my ankle? Thanks! :o )
Hi There. Do you guys have any experience with cooking lentils? I had a really bad first experience, I think it was the recipe though. I think I could really like lentils if I made them properly. Any suggestions?
