I am trying to loose at least 20 more lbs, I was wondering if i under eat in my calories will that affect me.. I try to get as close to the 1200 cals as possible but sometimes I don't. Also when you exercise are you suppose to eat those calories or leave it as a negative.. Any other tips for the last 20lbs would be greatly…
