Hi there, I am new to the group and excited to be here. My goal is to lose 60 to 75 lbs. I am just starting out but feel I am ready...this time. I have been doing cardio over the last few days and just need to track my food better. Excited to learn from all of you.
Hello everyone, I at 48 years old and found that as I get older it is much harder to lose weight. I need to lose from 40 to 50 pounds. I am excited about this site, a friend at work told me. I hope it works.
