So I'm trying to do my Vinyasa Yoga DVD (Kathy Smith New Yoga Challenge) at LEAST 5 days a week! i used to work out 2-21/2 hours a day! EVERY day! So I guess I crashed yep. Anyone see results with JUST doing Vinyasa Yoga? I love it because I'm not just sitting on my *kitten* and stretching. Thoughts? :-)
Hey everyone So I used to be a trainer and insanely got to I'd say the pint of obsession I think I really pushed myself to the extreme because eventually I just stopped caring completely. I went from 2-4 hours a day working out to now 0. Then again I was really chronically ill prior to my training days where I was 70-90lbs…
