Walking speed (5'5 woman)
Hello! I have been tracking my walking with my garmin watch (ahah I guess I should be running instead of walking ;) ). My walking speed seems to be around 5.5 kph (3.4 mph). Did I just ruin my metabolism
Hello! So in short, last Monday (7th) I started a diet where I mostly ate protein (eggs, meat, fish) and vegetables and some fruit. No fats, no carbs, no sugar (appart from fruit). I am quite sure I averaged below 1000 kcal a day. In one week I went from 68.5 kg to 66.2 kg (-2.3 kg or - 5 pounds). BUT the metabolism thing…
