Food intake while breastfeeding
Hi! I have a 9 day old who I'm exclusively breastfeeding. I know breastfeeding burns a lot of energy, but I don't know what to say as my intake goal. I have 15kg to lose to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 69kg (lost 8kg in baby and fluids in the first week). Any pointers? :-)

Wisdom teeth out 2 days ago: craving protein!
As the topic says: I got my wisdom teeth out a couple of days ago and I'm getting sick of having sugary, sweet stuff because it's about all I can manage. What are some ways to get protein and salts into me? I'm craving roast beef, steak, sausages....anything salty and meaty! Thanks in advance :-)

Been trying to lose 6kg for months - what am I doing wrong?
