At the moment I want to make sure I'm getting enough so that my milk supply is well established. Some days I haven't been particularly hungry and have had to consciously eat more to get up to 2000ish calories

And P.S, jealous! I get 1340 cals a day...doesn't give me much room to slip up!

I'm not sure where I read it, but a study I was reading a few weeks back said eating back exercise calories helps to maintain muscle mass - and the more muscle mass you have, the more you burn at rest. So I'd say eating back exercise calories is the way to go! I've been doing it mostly, and as you can see from my ticker…

Shinee, same here! 21 and in my final year of Uni. Looking to get down to 62kgs, where I was last year. Currently about 66, maybe 67, was 70. Not sure what that is in pounds, sorry Northern Americans! 1 pound = 454g if that helps. Good luck everyone :-)

I usually eats brekky in my room (mostly oats), lunch at the dining hall, and go home for dinner. I have a sweet tooth which seems worse than it is cos MFP's…

Don't go by BMI. I work with a lot of really fit guys whose BMIs would put them as obese. My dad is fat now he's in his 50s, but when he was skinny he would have still been classed as obese. My boyfriend has a BMI of 29 which is ridiculous (he looks damn fine without a shirt!) and he's also a 34. Go by how you feel and how…

18 days to lose 2.4 kgs and get to my intermediate goal. Considering how hard it is for me to lose it, wish me luck! I maintain weight easily but have such trouble losing it

That's probably been my main problem, I'm a real sweet tooth and I've had days where I've been 100g over on sugar! (damn homemade brownies...) I've been really good today, but was far under my limit before putting in my exercise, so I've had a glass of flavoured milk just to hit my BMR :-)

I don't know if I've been tracking exercise properly...should I track all the walking I do? Also it's hard for me to properly track my food since I live in a catered college :-|
