Best method to get rid of chicken wings/arm fat?!

I need help! I have such hideous chicken wings (arm fat) and I just can't get rid of it, when I was 36lbs lighter I had taken measurements of my arms, and they were not that much smaller, so that tells me that I have had them for a while... but I want them gone! Any proven methods that you guys have tried? Thanks :)

    Definitely work your triceps, they make 70% of your muscle mass in your upper arms. I also would recommend lat pulldowns and tricep pulldowns :-)

    To get rid of the fat, you just have to work on reducing your fat overall, and eventually it will come off your arms. You can't spot reduce, unfortunately. Creating a calorie deficit with diet (and cardio if you like) and overall strength training of your whole body will help to reduce fat. In the meantime, strength training of your upper arms will help to maintain the muscle you have there. I have been much happier with the shape of mine since lifting heavy weights - even before the fat started shifting.
