Knee pain in insanity
I get a strong knee pain from time to time (mainly during the warm ups) of insanity. It's my left knee, and I tore my ACL in my right knee 2 years ago. Im not sure if it's just the fact my left leg is weaker, or i put too much weight on it. Should i consider buying an IT compression band for the knee brace for the left…
Insanity calorie intake?
