30 day shred results!
So I started the shred on the 12 May, doing 6 days a week with 1 rest day, I had a few cheat days where I went over my calories and didn't do the work out on a couple of the days so it took me more like 40 days to finish the whole programme, I then moved onto ripped in 30 and I am 15 days into that.
