So I started the shred on the 12 May, doing 6 days a week with 1 rest day, I had a few cheat days where I went over my calories and didn't do the work out on a couple of the days so it took me more like 40 days to finish the whole programme, I then moved onto ripped in 30 and I am 15 days into that. Good job! Those are some awesome results... I did the 30 DS in April and then Ripped in 30 in May-June and loved it all... I can see an increase in my strength and feel better overall.0
-
They are great results! I have the DVD in a cupboard, I did the first 5 days about a year ago and then lost track! I would love to see your before and after photos! There is a tutorial on this page somewhere x0
-
Yeah I'm really pleased so far, I'm 5"4 and went from 10st 2lbs to 9st 3lbs so almost a stone lost so far! My strength has also increased and I feel so much stronger! I'm on a iphone so I'm not quite sure how it will work, I'll google it! I'm so glad I took before and afters as you can really see it when it's right next to each other! We also have 6 week 6 pack and yoga meltdown so once I've finished ripped I'm going to move onto these too. I love Jillian!0

It won't let me post before and afters on a topic but I have uploaded my before and afters onto my photo section on my profile, back side and front views from Day 1 - Day 53, take a look0

Need to use the img tag....
So post your pics on photbucket or something,
Then get the direct link, and put it between
[ i m g ] [ / i m g ]
Just remove the spaces in the tags0 -
-
Haha that didn't work ...0

Ok, that should work
If you want to see how it looks, then quote my message and it will show you in the quote how the post needs to be framed.
But good work0 -
What did I do wrong?0

But good work0 -
also, %20 cannot be in the URL
That is HTML code for a space and not actually part of the URL0 -
I am so confused0

I am so confused
Just quote my msg w/ the pics in it.
And see how you tag URLs to post pics.
But in your URL, you have "Mobile Uploads"
So some browsers see that in a URL and will put in a %20 to represent a space in the URL....
It is HTML code.0 -
and also, you can resize your pics on photobucket or before you upload so they don't hang off the post like they do on here.
It is annoying I know.0 -
Have to say though...
Great work, you look awesome0 -
I really really don't understand at all, and I can't re size it on photobucket it's not working0
-
Thank you !0

When in photobucket, you have to click in the box to the right that says "Direct"
That will copy the link to your clipboard....or you can type it in...which ever you choose.
Then when you create a post, u have to use the img tag and also the closing tag /img
I can't type it out properly here, because then this forum will try to process it as an HTML tag.
So I put spaces in my example earlier......so the tags will and URL will look like this
[ i m g ]http://photobucket.com/mypic.jpg[ / i m g ]
Just remove the spaces that I put in the img tags.
And also if there are any spaces in the URL and your browser slips in a %20, you have to remove that...
So the URL may look like
http://photobucket.com/mobile uploads/mypic.jpg
And the browser you use, will put a %20 in there so it will look like
http://photobucket.com/mobile uploads/mypic.jpg
you have to remove the %20 and put the space back in there when creating the post.0 -
I can't see any %20 in there? I understand the copying the link and then adding the img to the beginning and the end but yeah the photos are too big but I can't see a %20 to remove? I tried downsizing the picture on photobuckets but that won't work0
-
I took a screenshot of my post, so you can see how it looks

In photobucket to resize.
You need to look at your Library.
And when you hover over a pic, you will see a gear in the Right hand corner.
Click him and then edit.
And once you are in edit mode for the pic, you will see the "Resize" option.
If you are not using FireFox, then the %20 may not show up.
I have seen FireFox (what I use), to be a big culprit of adding in that code0 -
Yeah I got to the resize part but it won't let me do it properly, it comes up with 1000 in width and 1000 in length so I was going to change it to 900 width 900 length but it keeps changing it to 900 - 90. I'm on a iphone!0

Oh...
You may want to try a computer then0 -
