No Weight Loss!
So this is my third weigh in this morning, my fourth week at the gym. Week 1 (starting weight) was 146.8. I lost 1.4 lbs the first week, 2 the second for a total of 3.4lbs but today at weigh in I didn't even lose an OUNCE. Is this normal? The only thing I can think of is I DID eat breakfast before my weigh in this morning…
